Chose this cruise because of the ship. the newest in the fleet of our favorite cruise line, Royal Carib. The ship was amazing in itself, but with the low capacity at this time (approx 28%) and the friendliness of the crew and staff, it made it more special.

We went to Coco Cay for the afternoon and it was empty so not too many water slides were open. That and the fact there were only 60 under age of 12 made it less populated.

We went to only 1 specialty restaurant, Giovanni's. I can only say I had a so-so meal. The pizza was kind of bland, but the serving size on the chicken parmigiana was enormous. It was delicious.
