!st Carnival Cruise since pre covid, Platinum status and is no priority boarding. Was directed to Platinum lounge and then not allowed in because a rude lady said it was full. So we boarded with others when our zone was called. We went the same way the other 30 people went to go up the escalator, the same rude lady stopped us after we let 3 wheelchairs go in front of us, she then told us this line was for wheel chairs and would nee to go to the back of the line. A nice lady from Carnival then steeped in and allowed us to go on up. Carnival needs to get boarding under control, it was not bad but can be improved and a lot more welcoming. As far a Platinum and Diamond status your free gift (Lanyard) and ship pin you go to Pixels and ask for them, Free big water bottles now are at any bar, free seaday brunch drink order it and they will take the price off. Chocolate delight you call room service and ask for it.
Liked it very clean, Balcony clean with a chair table and on chair that reclined. Bed is wonderful as always Cabin steward is first rate as always
