Crystal was offering specials to travel in Oct so my wife and I signed up for our second Crystal cruise and talked my sister and husband into trying Crystal. They are frequent travelers on Silversea so I was worried this trip might not stack up. Luckily despite Covid and the devastation it has done to the hospitality industry I can attest that Crystal has kept up the luxury brand and We had an excellent time. Food , entertainment , crew were all 5 star. The ship was only about 20% capacity but crystal did not skimp on anything. In fact I think everyone was glad to be back at work. We had such a great time I am taking my 4 grown up kids back on the crystal symphony in Jan. My sister and brother in law tried to cancel their silversea trip in Jan and transfer to Crystal but unfortunately their cancellation date was to punitive. Our only negative was embarkation. We had to sit around hotel after our cover test for 2 hours waiting on transportation to the ship. We have decided to embark and disembark from US ports until covid restrictions lifted.
