Absolutely nothing really negative to say about this trip. The crew was fantastic, from the bartenders, servers, and stewards. The ship shows slight signs of age, but all in all was kept in pretty good shape. But I can not get over how fantastic the crew was. I found a bartender "Ivan" that I clicked with well and his schedule at different locations clicked great with ours. He would see me first thing in the morning on deck and go ahead and start preparing my morning drink along with a Gatorade.

The food was definitely on par with prior Carnival Cruises, Guy's Burger Joint was always fantastic. Blue iguana for breakfast was great. The only issue was the extremely long waits for pizza in the evenings, sometimes over 30 minutes. Not at any fault of the staff, just the size of the pizzeria could not handle the demand.

All in all I would recommend this itinerary. The ship would be great for a first time cruiser, but if you are a veteran in the cruise world it may leave you wanting more.
