First off, Virgin Voyages needs to hold communication seminars for ALL of their employees. I have never felt so disenchanted with a cruise than I did on the Scarlet Lady. You can ask several cruise employees where something is and you will get a different answer from each one... very frustrating! We boarded the 5 night Costa Maya/Bimini cruise on 10/15/21 in Miami... once we got at the pier there was insanity.... lines everywhere and no one could instruct us where to go. We knew we had to get COVID testing done, which was very prudent. After finally getting into the terminal to do the testing, my party of four had our tests taken at approximately the same time. We were then herded into a huge waiting area. After an hour (supposed to be 20 minutes) one of our party received their test results... We thought for sure that the other 3 results would be right after the 1st! Well no they weren't... another hour went by before all of us were able to board! Not off to a great start!

We then get to our cabin and our wrist band is not working...trek down to customer relations to get that fixed! Our luggage made it in our cabin before we did!

The balcony cabin is contemporary in décor but smaller than anticipated. Very narrow walkway between the bed and TV! At night always managed to bump into it! There is an iPad type device to get into managing the cabin and tv.... no instructions anywhere just have to feel your way through it!
