Was curious about new ideas that were coming with this cruise. Food was excellent. Cabin was comfortable. Activity level was boring.
Would not waste my time going again, any funds paid in advance but not used were forfeited. Why wouldn’t you credit to the customer for future use on another voyage. Casino minimums were too high. Table games were not plentiful. Entertainment was minimal. Most bars were not open at desired times. Drink prices were reasonable. Personnel was very friendly and knowledgeable. App was down probably 50% of the time. COVID testing was a total nightmare. My test results took two and a half hours. Lines were long and slow moving. Virgin advertised that the boarding process was fast and painless. It was long and stressful. Needless to say the bad outweighs the good. Maybe with some tweaking they can overcome the shortfalls that are so obvious. I sure hope so.
