This was only the third cruise out of the US so I’m hoping the kinks will be worked out. Embarkation was a disaster. Many passengers (like myself) were given a boarding time in the app(EVERYTHING is done through the app). However, the app kicked our time out, or we had to delete and reinstall, either way we lost our slot and were put into the “too early waiting.” Eventually we just snuck into a line and went through to the Covid testing area. The results were supposed to come through your email-after sitting for over an hour another passenger told us to access our email through the web browser instead of the app and there it was. A lot of things were told to us by crew or other passengers and not by the app. Make sure you sign up for everything (meals, classes and shows) through the app before you board because it all books up quickly. This is also discouraging.
The cabins are FABULOUS. My cabin hosts, Edmond and Alex kept my cabin spotless. The hammocks on the balcony were great and the cabin lighting and shower cannot be better. SHOWER
