We chose this cruise to take a much needed and overdue family vacation. We have cruised with Royal Caribbean many times and to be honest this was our first bad experience. I aired my grievances with guest services and was told by Amit at the front desk he would call me back and leave a message for me in my stateroom. Unfortunately, I never heard back from him.
We scheduled this trip before COVID and our last cruise was the week before COVID hit and shut everything down.
The good, the bad and the ugly:
Cabin was clean and orderly. The mattress was hard and could use updating. The bathroom vanity and shower could also use an update as well.
