I chose this cruise line for the price, you get what you pay for. I've sailed quite a bit in the past and decided to try a different cruise line for a change. Getting on the ship was very fast which we loved. I found the employee's a bit stand offish like they don't know what to say to you. The main problem was the food, I go on a cruise to relax and enjoy the food. The food onboard was just not good, it was bland and the same thing everyday. I just stopped eating in the dining room because food took to long to be served and when it finally did come out I was disappointed. I ate pizza after requesting more sauce on it, otherwise it was to dry. I purchased the specialty restaurant for 2 nights and after the first experience I cancelled the second night. Your only allowed to pick from certain things on the menu. MSC ships are very nice but they need to work on their food and their customer service. I was a bit sad to see all the sad looking faces of it's employees onboard. Would I sail MSC again only if they have better food and train their employee's about customer service.
