Extremely well maintained and serviced in terms of crew taking orders and tidying 

Having the movies playing throughout the day instead of constant music worked well and added a sense of atmosphere and most were then available to watch in your stateroom too

Disembarkation 

Did express walk off- easy, cabin to outside of cruise terminal in less than 10 mins

Overall 

Have already booked my next Princess Cruise, impressed by this experience and can’t wait for future different experiences onboard sisterOn board the support was brilliant and then it worked fine, look forward to it being involved in the future to include more elements 

Terminal experience 

Very easy and quick, systems in place to manage flow of passengers and covid testing was seem less 

Cabin 

Had a balcony cabin, there were a few issues when I arrived but these were quickly sorted.
