I’ve been on over 50 cruises, some as long as 80 nights. I have been all over coastal USA, and ports in the Caribbean, Asia, Mediterranean, South America, Polynesian Islands, and Australia. With Covid closing down the cruise industry I switched to river cruises on American Cruise Lines.

I couldn’t be happier with the results. All cruisers have on their bucket lists ports and countries to visit. Few of us include on their lists villages, towns and cities on America rivers. Big mistake. America is beautiful. There is as many wonderful and educational destinations here as in the rest of the world.

I just completed a 21 night cruise up the Mississippi River from Louisiana to Minnesota. Hurricane Ida changed our embarkation port from New Orleans to Natchez but we then sailed south to Baton Rouge to return to the original itinerary save one stop.

Cabin Review

Deluxe Suite

Large, many, many electrical outlets, built in charging ports, large flatscreen TV, large bathroom with big shower, tons of drawers for clothes.
