First cruise with P&O and definitely the last! The food is mediocre at best which is made worse by the myholiday app. You will be lucky to eat in the a la carte restaurants as I’m on day 5 of the cruise and they are fully booked for the rest of the cruise. I now have to queue up every day or use the ‘buffet’ restaurant.
There seems to be no set drinks policy, what you get in one bar is different from the others. The Keel and cow restaurant/bar is a complete waste of time unless you are having food. Waited 15 minutes for a waiter last night and gave up on a refill!
The deluxe balcony cabin is no bigger than a rabbit hutch and you can barely move in the minuscule bathroom. A reduced capacity cruise with reduced service and reduced customer care. Stop using Covid as an excuse for bad service and poor food. When this ship goes to full capacity, I dread to think how the staff will cope. An awful cruise by a company which seems to want to please the shareholders more than the customer.
