Cabin:

We chose this cruise for the allure of their Lobsterbake theme & fantastic offerings in their brochure. Unfortunately, this was NOT the case. We paid A LOT of MONEY for a premium cruise experience and an expensive stateroom on the fifth deck with a private balcony yet, the following occurred.

1. We could not open the door to our stateroom with the correct key-it was stuck. We had to get someone to open it & fix the door which was never really fixed well.

2. The safe did not work, could not get into it. Personnel attempted to fix this, to no avail with his recommendation to try to open it very carefully (which even he could not do).
