we have sailed with celebrity before and have never been disappointed. we chose to sail on the apex because it was a brand new ship and had fabulous reviews. it was a fantastic time! the ship was the most beautiful ship we have ever been on! the ship was about 1/3 full and we felt like we had the whole ship to ourselves. the food, drinks, service, etc, was impeccable. they have four main dining rooms instead of just one and this was a very good idea. each room was decorated differently and with great taste. the waitstaff in each one was very professional and knowledgeable, especially the wine stewards (roger in particular). the entertainment, activities, health and safety measures, all made for a happy and safe environment. once you set foot on this beautiful ship, i'm sure you will only want to sail on this type of ship again. when i received my survey to fill out, i rate the celebrity apex all 10's. the reason i gave it all 10's was because they wouldn't let me rate it 11's. this is truly a remarkable ship! i forgot- the rooms are exceptional, especially the new verandas!
