Cabin:

Got back yesterday from a seven day cruise on the Millennium to Alaska. The ship had been fully redone ($90M) and it still spelled new. The full capacity of the ship is about 2500 but the Captain said we had 1000 passengers. Needless to say we were so well taken care of with no lines anywhere. All crew and passengers seemed extra friendly. I would guess that about 10% of passengers and 100% of the crew wore masks. The crew at the kids place said there were 13 kids on board. We never saw that many and the ones we did see were mostly in the baby to 4 age range.

We had a 12:30 - 1:00 embarkation time but were there at 12:15. Since almost no one was there, we went right in and after showing all required papers about 4 times, we were on the ship at 12:40.

Our cabin was great. Everything in it was new. Our cabin steward, Syahwan, kept it spotless. My wife needs an accessible cabin so it was larger than that of our friends traveling with us. There was so much storage that we couldn't fill it, although after 30 cruises, we travel with a carry-on each.
