My main priority was covid precautions in place and management of precautions by cruise line. Carnival failed in this regard. Policies are only as good as the paper there written on if not enforced. carnival staff only paid lip service to any covid precautions to cruisers.

Cons:

Unmasked cruisers in public tight spaces. Announcement made during shows about mask policy but no enforcement by staff. Rude unmasked people cramming the elevators with masked riders. Read more
