What a disaster ! the drinks beverage service was shambolic across the ship including the restaurants and an absolute joke. expect to wait 35-50 minutes for a drink. Staff had no clue what they were doing coupled with totally ineffective MNGT/officers who when you complained nodded there heads and gave you lip service. Nothing to do with Covid just rank poor service, If the shop had stopped at a port I would of walked off. Also we had the premium drinks package only to be told there was a maximum drinks we could have ! no mention of this prior to booking as it was it was so difficult it get a drink it didn't matter.
Expect to be treated like an inconvenience and a nuisance, how could Princess get it so wrong but worse they appeared oblivious to complaints and make no effort to improve. First and last time on Carnival.
Also the cruise was all at sea so did the route matter ? we left Southampton in the sunshine and headed for foggy cold weather with the weather across the south coast at the weekend being 25+ whilst we froze on the ship -this just about summed up the cruise was a disaster !
