We are very disappointed with the cruise, we pre-paid excursions, fun packages for the kids, upgraded the drink package, speciality dinner packages and excursions before we left because we didn’t want any nasty charges to our credit card.
On the first day we registered our credit card and authorise the charges of £250. However in the space of few hours we stated to get notifications from our credit card with different charges including excursions, drinks, etc. We asked customers service and they said the were pending charges that they will be remove after finish the cruise, these changes continue for few days and almost daily we had to go to customer service asking for a print out of our spending, many times we were charge for things that we already paid.
When you paid in advance all the above you don’t want to see all these in your credit card. We got very stressed and as consequence We asked to talk to a manager and our request never was listened.
