We have been planning this cruise since 2016 to include the Passion Play in Oberammergau, Germany. We were SO disappointed when it was canceled last year, but were delighted to know that Europe had opened up in time for us to go this year. We could not have been more pleased with the AmaMegna ship and it’s crew, from the moment we got on board. It is such a Beautiful ship in every way. Raul was our cruise manager. He was always so calm and willing to help with whatever we needed. I was quite impressed with him. He made everyone feel like their needs were the only ones. Always willing to answer anyone’s questions and didn’t seemed rushed or made you feel like you were a bother. Thank you so much, Raul!!! I would also like to mention some of the crew members that were so helpful and friendly too. Thanks to George, Ida, Gustiv and Merina for making our trip so enjoyable!!! There were others also, but I can’t remember their names. They were all just wonderful! Oh yes, it was Tiago, the physical fitness guy. He was so enjoyable and very expertise in what he does. It was also great that the boat had bikes on board that could be used to take bike rides at different ports. The service in the restaurants was superb and the food was delightful! What else can I say except that it was a marvelous experience and I would LOVE to do it again, if ever I get to travel to Europe in the future...Thank you AmaMegna WaterWays.
