This was our first cruise since the Pandemic hit. The Millennium was revolutionized since we were last on board and the ship is absolutely beautiful. We were in a Celebrity Suite. We choose the larger suites in order to have a separate bedroom, but are not in love with the Celebrity Suites. It has a small balcony and a large whirlpool tub/shower in the small interior bathroom. The tub is very deep and not easy to get in and out of. Other than that, the room is very nice. The butler and stateroom attendant were ever present and took great care of us.

Luminae, the speciality restaurant for Suites is wonderful. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely attentive.

We were also very impressed with the new design of the Oceanview Restaurant. Instead of the long oval serving area, they have put in several separate serving stations with the speciality of the foods at each one. They were not self serve, but instead the staff served up the food. It made it much less congested anbd easier to get your food and get seated.

Port Reviews

Ketchikan

A very pretty, well maintained City with a lot of varied excursions available

Juneau

The Capital of Alaska, also very well maintained, very walkable and offers a lot of excursions

Skagway

a very pretty City also, not very big at all. Very walkable, but not much to do. The big attraction is the railway, but it was under partial maintenance so the trip was about half of usual. Not much else to do other than that
