Sail Date: Aug 2021

We have done many cruises but had never experienced one on Carnival. We had booked one for October with a group, and were super excited but an opportunity came along that allowed us to try it even sooner! We didn’t know what to expect especially being in the 3rd sailing but we were really surprised how much we enjoyed it. Definitely a whole lot of differences but, overall a wonderful experience and we cannot wait to go back! The staff was really happy to be back to work and it showed. Most all greeted us when we made any contact in passing. We felt the waiters and bar staff who some of the best ever encountered. They remember your name, your drink and were so welcoming. I felt they were generous with their pours and to ne that was very different! Our accessible cabin was roomy but storage was tight. Glad I had my magnetic shoe storage to keep small stuff organized.

Cabin Review

Recommend a higher deck. Didn’t like Deck 9 because the view is somewhat obstructed looking by the extended roof covering on Deck 8 below. The ocean felt too distant Other than that the cabin was great.
