Husbands Covid test result came through in 90 mins. I waited 3 and a half hours to get a text. Complained twice and it was finally suggested I do another one in the terminal. Even then I had to demand the result from a group of non interested staff who were too busy chatting. By this time I was distraught as I feared the worst. I was crying and really upset. A dreadful start to a lovely cruise. There was no apology from anyone for our late results and missed lunch. I’m still furious now we are back home. How dare they ?? I know Princess don’t do the testing but they were the ones I gave my money to. Come on Princess. Spruce up your act and send me an apology . Apart from the shaky start, it was a lovely cruise with one sunny day. Food was amazing . Bar service slow.
