We went on this cruise with 5 young teens 12-15 as the activities and facilities looked so good. However we were continually disappointed.

Before embarking I tried a dozen times to precook the Laundry package. Website failed every time. A phone call took 51 minutes for a reply and referred me back to the webpages.

Embarkation seemed ok but it transpired that as well as a signed witnessed letter from parents MSC needed a picture of their driving licence/ passport to go with the letter. Nowhere was this requirement included in our pre cruise documentation. Our daughter was en route to Yorkshire but fortunately had driving licence with her. I had read about the insurance needed for COVID and cruising. We got on the boat in 1.5 hours which was good .
