My wife and I are in our late 20's and were using this trip as a get away for 6 years of marriage. We are pretty layed back and go with the flow, so for Cruise lines we probably are consider the easy guests. My evaluations and reviews are only of a beginner, but I can assure you we weren't the only ones who said this was first class experience.

As a beginner in cruising I was a little nervous about doing such a big cruise as our second cruise. However, I am so glad we chose this ship and cruise itinerary. My wife and I were absolutely blown away at the whole experience. Everything about this soltice class ship was top notch. It seemed most other cruise ships in port where taking pictures of our ship, probably wishing they were on it with us :) We talked to 3 other couples which had all been on 20+ cruises and they said that this cruise and ship was in the top 5 for sure. One couple had been on 38 cruises!!! They said this one ranked around 3 or 4 for their top cruises.

Resturants (Celebrity Select Dinning was awesome for my wife and I): Blu - We were in a AQ room so this was our main dining area. The food was always great with a lot of variety. Silk Harvest - Very good Asian style food. They offered a buy one get one free the first day at sea so it was only $25 for 2 to eat when we went. Tuscan Grille - We heard several great comments from people who ate here, but we didn't not get a chance too. Murano - We never ate here either. Main Dining room - We were invited to go here by another couple and the food was outstanding. We had celebrity select dinning so we could sit here but we stayed in Blu mostly. Oceanview Cafe - Awesome any meal and food for even the pickiest eaters! Staff: A+. Every member we encounter was nice, prompt, and informative. Our room attendant was fantastic, she was "around" without being "around" if that makes sense. We were always greeted with warm responses no matter where we were on the ship.

Cabin Review

Cabin AQ

Room: (1542)

The room is the stateroom was good for 2 people with adamant amount of storage if you use the drawers, cabinets above the bed, closet, and bathroom storage. Our luggage went under the bed for storage which was a nice way to get it out of the way. Having a balcony room is a MUST especially on a cruise with this type of itinerary. The room is across from a "staff" door which was loud during luggage drop off, but we didn't notice it after that. It's very close to the elevators and Aqua spa, lounge, pool, fitness area. It's underneath the salon so it's pretty quiet at nite.
