We had an amazing time and the staff & crew went above and beyond. Everyone was so happy to see us and be back at cruising
One issue was the problem with the Carnival app. I go on a cruise to unplug from tech and I do not have a smart phone, but the staff adapted and provided us with paper FunTimes, menus and excursions.
Ketut (Stateroom Attendant) & his assistant were awesome. We requested he clean our cabin only after we left for dinner each night around 7 pm and he accommodated us even when we were running late and it was supposed to be his off time. He also made sure we had the extra hand towels and wash clothes we requested. We also asked him to leave our towel animals in the corner of the couch so we could take a picture after the last night of the cruise of our zoo. He and his assistant went above and beyond to provide excellent service for us and it made our cruise even better.
Clean and comfortable. Only problem was the TV had to be reset every time we wanted to watch it or check on our accounts.
Too far from anything. Have to take tours to see or do anything
