A truly magnificent ship, but it still has a few problems and what will it be like with 6,000+ passengers onboard??

Rob is the Robot Bar Attendent in the Starhip Bar. a bit of a gimmick but good fun.
The smallest bathroom we have had on any ship.
Our private whirlpool
Our long balcony

We usually cruise 4 or 5 times a year, so we were desparate to get cruising again, then in May 2021 we saw on TV the new ship MSC Virtuosa arriving in Southampton. We googled the ship and liked what we saw, so we decided to give it a try, as we have never been with MSC before.

We normally reserve a butler suite, but the Virtuosa only offers butlers in their Yacht Club suites, which are quite expensive, so we went for the best normal suite called a Grand Suite and it certainly lived up to its name.

With a large lounge diner, complete with a glass table and 6 chairs, a separate bedroom, a walkin wardrobe and a colossal balcony of around 20 metres long complete with its own whirlpool, we couldn't wait to get on.
