Just returned from a fantastic cruise on the Freedom. The ship was immaculate and the service impeccable. We were quite impressed with the dEcor since there was many reviews that didn't particularly like it, we found it to be a nice change from the typical ship dEcor. Our cabin on the Empress deck 7243 had everything we needed. The storage was more abundant than on any of our previous cruises. We really loved the larger bathroom with his & her sinks, that was definitely a thumbs up from us.

The food was excellent and presented well. We dined in the dining room every night with the exception of the second formal night when we had reservations in the Sun King Steakhouse. Too good for words. Would rival Morton's or Chris Ruth . We paid $30. per person for the dinner, and well worth every penny.

We also had a couple's deep tissue massage while we were in port in Ocho Rios. Since we had decided not to get off the ship in Jamaica due to the drug war violence we took advantage of the in port spa discount. Very relaxing.

Great balcony, plenty of storage, large bathroom with double sinks. Away from the elevator so low noise and very little foot traffic outside the door. Very comfortable bed.
