We chose this cruise to explore a new area of the country. Having never visited the Pacific Northwest, we wanted to see where part of Lewis and Clark's expedition took them. The size of the ship allowed for an easy on and off, and ports where it docked were very close to areas of interest. The cruise line emphasized Covid prevention. Testing was performed before boarding, and very frequent cleaning procedures were evident as the cruise progressed. Our cabin was a good size, and was attended to several times a day. Views from our balcony were spectacular, including Mount Hood, multiple locks as we progressed on our journey, and occasionally sea lions. Food served was excellent, with several choices for appetizer, salad, entre and dessert. Beverages of all kinds were served at the passenger's request. Daily a speaker presented pertinent information about the area to be visited, and nightly entertainment varied from a musical group on board to visiting performers.
