My Norwegian Bliss Rating: 2/5 stars

This was our 4th time cruising with Norwegian and I must say, a lot has changed over the years. The Bliss is a beauty, however, the service level definitely needs some improvement.

My husband and I arrived at the pier in NYC around 11:30am. Our check in time was scheduled for 1-1:30pm but we figured we’d get there a little early just in case. Surprisingly, getting through security and getting our key cards were both a breeze for us. Before we knew it, we were boarding. I’d say the whole check in process took less than 30 minutes. Read more
