We just got off the Valor yesterday and had a great vacation!

Pros: Pretty much everyone working on the ship was friendly and professional, there was always someone cleaning something (stair rails, etc.), our room was always serviced once in the afternoon after we left for the day and again at night while we were at dinner, lot's of activities to get involved in and good entertainment, we liked the cruise director Big Tex, our ocean view stateroom was perfect.

Cons: As you might have heard before, the ship's layout really is horrible but you just have to get used to it and learn your way around. Pools areas/chairs do become pretty crowded at peak times.
