Rotten experience when calling Celebrity Cruises for pre and post cruise needs - long wait, mechanical service - you just don't feel like anything special. Air arrangements offered by Celebrity Cruises were a nightmare - it was extremely hard to have normal conversation with the booking agents - changes were made and they could not properly deal with them - never again. Probably the last cruise with that pretentious company.
