Tips: Book with Celebrity online and you get to pick your stateroom from the floorplan with room dimensions etc. We were able to select a huge family stateroom for the two of us, with extra sitting room and extra tv, two huge closets and huge balcony for the same price as a regular size room with small balcony and no sitting room. Loved it!!!

Celebrity is now offering a feature where you can book your flight through them but make your own air selections. I wasn't aware of that feature when I booked so booked my own air. It could have been a problem because we were threatened by the volcanic activity but it worked out fine.

You are not allowed irons aboard Celebrity Constellation. I took a steamer and it worked great. Also, the laundry and dry cleaning on ship is cheaper than our local dry cleaners. We used it three times.
