Itinerary was some stops that we wanted to see. (Lisbon, Amsterdam,Dover,Kiel/Rostock) The crew went the extra distance to make our cruise enjoyable. The Pullmanur Zenith is an older ship but the price, staff, crew, and service make up for it. We are frequent cruisers and have been on many lines. We were surprised at how much service we were given for an incredibly economic price. The cruise fare even included free drinks at no extra charge!

Dining room and buffet were everything we expected. Our balcony cabin was as comfortable as any we have occupied. There are many nationalities on the ship, but we found everyone friendly and helpful.

A piece of the balcony rail was a little loose, so we called the desk. They came up immediately, fixed it and couldn't stop apologizing for a very little thing that we were not in the least disturbed about. They even left a bottle of wine and some fruit in our cabin that night which was very nice and not at all necessary, which showed excellent customer service. The gave us a credit on our bill, even without asking, for an excursion in Amsterdam that was a little shorter than expected because of the harbormaster and of no fault of the ship or excursion staff.

Cabin Review

Even though the Pullmantur Zenith is an older ship the upkeep of the cabins and the ship were impressive. Everything was kept impressively in order. Our balcony experience was as good as any cruise we have been on. All toiletries were replenished each day without asking and everything was in good working order.

Port Reviews

Lisbon

Lisbon in our opinion is one of the prettiest cities in Europe. We walked from top to bottom.

Dover

Went to Dover Castle on our own and had a very interesting day.

Cherbourg

Walked through the Titanic Museum and found many amazing facts.

Vigo

Vigo surprised us with many modern buildings, shops, and impeccably clean concrete streets.
