Room Service was terrible. The luggage forwarding, my name brand clothes are stolen by either the luggage forwarding company or port crew. Not enough activities for the world cruiser. Very disappointed with this cruise, was expecting the service to be outstanding. Some bartenders are good and some are disappointing. The Head Chef is excellent but when he left for vacation the food was not good. The itinerary was great but didn't get to finish the cruise to the virus. The transportation for the excursion was excellent, the excursion staffs was excellent. Need more variety of the entertainment i.e. nightly show.

Need to have more sport, fitness, and dance activities. Need more storage for world cruisers, i.e. more drawer and cabinet spaces. The business class air was good and the personal car to pick up was excellent. Both captains were excellent, they keep you inform on everything. All and all was kind of disappointing.
