Chose cruise for convenient location.
Stateroom had not been cleaned properly. Attendant was poor.
Worst service ever( taken 92 cruises). No respect for passengers, staff don't care. Even Hotel Manager couldn't get cooperation!!! He had invited us to dinner as an apology but we never received the invitation!!
Only one show in the evening so it was Special Dining or Show but not both.
Shop merchandise was poor in choice but still expensive.
Food was very good, but service was slow.
Oceania standards have dropped significantly. It would appear that the NCL takeover had proved to have a negative affect on the line.
Will definitely not be cruising with the group in future. Past cruisers beware Oceania is not what it was.
If the Hotel Manager can't get service what chance for us simple passengers.
The Riviera is certainly not an upmarket vessel.
