I want to share how pleased we are with how Viking takes care of guests.
This trip was our ninth on Viking Ocean, had it not been necessary (and prudent) for Viking to Cancel we would have also enjoyed our 10th Cruise from Sydney to Bali.
Because of the Coronavirus outbreak it was necessary (and again, prudent) for Viking to end our cruise early and have us disembark in Melbourne where the Viking team went above and beyond to expedite and assure our safe return home. The professionalism, class and caring by Viking team members was consistent throughout the ship and Viking organization. The Orion crew was wonderful and service as always first class. Even as news was breaking about concerns worldwide there was no sense of panic among the Viking Team. It was obvious the team was seeking solutions and looking way beyond the challenges they were facing minute by minute. The team consistently demonstrated competence and confidence which reassured passengers as best possible. It was obvious that the passengers safety and comfort were the teams highest priority. Quite simply....Viking went Above and Beyond in assuring a quality Viking Experience.
