Was looking forward to this cruise, but extremely disappointed, being disabled cabin was not suitable had to step up into the shower and when I did manage to get in with the help of my husband for 3 days I had to sit on the toilet to wash myself down until a stool was provided for me!!! Even though my husband had informed the company (Cruise Club) that I was disabled on 3 occasions!! Also the disabled toilet's were not suitable most of them you had to negotiate about 3 doors to get to the toilet which again my husband had come with me into the toilet and stay with me!!! Plus the excursion 'didn't have suitable vehicles for around the islands would not go WITH MSC again had a terrible holiday but on the plus side the staff were amazing. Plus the headboard was not suitable as it couldn't be cleaned properly, owing to the materials that was used!! I kept putting towels on the headboard before I could rest against it. My husband and I did arrange a meeting with the Captain about the issues and he said he would look into it. So an excursion was arranged for a suitable vehicle to take us on an excursion but on the day missed it owing to the fact that we were not able to get in to the lift!! In the event we were 10 minutes late and the vehicle provided for us LEFT WITHOUT US so overall only had 2 trips out!! I was very disappointed and depressed!! Christine Latham
Almost satisfied except for the bathroom facilities definitely not suitable for people with disabilities, on one occasion I fell and had to shuffle my way back to the sofa in the cabin as my husband couldn't pick me up!! Plus not impressed with the headboard back of the bed it was the material which is not conducive to people resting their head's against it as not able to clean very easily!! I put a towel in the headboard before I could rest against it, not good!!
