The boat is beautiful and the facilities good, but the catering was of the lowest standard I have even seen on any cruise. The buffet was a disaster. The cocktail were watered down and the service was poor in the deck bars. The Savannah Bar was the best bar on the boat and I enjoyed it.

The casino service was non existent. As a Silver Member I was extremely disappointed in the fruit basket in our cabin. I might as well have gone to the buffet restaurant and fetched fruit from the server.

The only thing that I can really praise was our cabin server, Mohamed. He was the best thing on the boat as his service was of the highest standard. Read more
