The ship itself is fine. The issue is customer service, select ignorant cruisers and entertainment which badly needs a new life. Norwegian has so much potential but often does not live up to it. Their communication to cruisers is weak. Got a notice the day before that all boarding will not begin until 100pm. We get there at 130pm and lobby is empty as they started boarding at 1130am and the folks at the desk had no idea why that email was sent as all was fine on their end. Obviously restaurants were jammed and bars packed. waited 45 mins for table as buffet was only open 1-side by then with no tables despite walking around 3 times. Delayed leaving due to currents... fine except we find lit cigarettes had been thrown down to our extended balcony room form above. No witnesses. This occurred 4 times during trip and each time we called Housekeeping and then we were told to call Security as well. They left burn marks on floor. Despite a Security camera near by they said they would check but as the week went by, no follow up. The cabin was not serviced in evening for the 1st three days until we again had to call. Never even saw our cabin steward until day 4. Never introduced themselves either. Food was mediocre at buffet with a severe lack of imagination in menu items. As specialty dining came as apart of package, the times were limited yet when you passed by during the times you wanted to truly go, plenty of seats. The Shore excursion desk had limited hours and screwed up the charges on the bill on a few occasions. There are additional things which all somewhat minor but I have bored you enough. Best part of the Beatles Experience. Don't miss. New Years Eve Party in Observation Lounge was nice although something more than cheese and crackers may have been better.

Large Balcony Stateroom

Fine except it provides a dump area for smokers above to throw lit cigareetes down. The door would not close properly and they had to duct tape to stop the whistling noise
