We chose this cruise for the ports and mid winter break.

The disembarkation at the ports was excellent.

That could not be said for the end of the cruise at Port Canaveral. Apparently there were issues with the gangplank having to be reset.

Cabin Review

Balcony

The cabin was just as expected, having cruised Carnival previously.

Port Reviews

Grand Turk

I now see why everyone loves Grand Turk. We did the beach right by the ship after settling in at Margaritaville. Loved the chair, umbrella, cooler, safe, combo there. Plus the awesome pool, and you can walk out to the beach go for a a walk and a dip and come back to your chair $57 for 2 for the day seemed reasonable.

Amber Cove (Puerto Plata)

It rained and I mean rained but the ponchos & shops were good and a dip in the pool in the rain was fun.
