This was our first big ship. Loved it. We had the key program which was our only disappointment. We got the run around from crew when we asked where key disembark breakfast and gangway was. Communication to key guests is sadly lacking. Its a shame as the program could be great. Coastal kitchen food and service was excellent. As junior suite guests we were allowed to have dinner there but our passcards didnt open the door and we had to try to attract the attention of someone to let us in. It was awkward and unwelcoming.

Service on this ship by waiters and stewards was superb! . They work hard And are always friendly and cheerful. Our room steward Wayan was wonderful, he had our room made up quickly efficiently and was always ready to greet us when we returned from our days outings. Just terrific!
