Chose Paradise basically for the locality, close to home. Was very disappointing when boarding, as a first time cruise, had no direction on what to do or go. Buffet food and service was very poor, help had very poor english, hard to understand, moved very slow, very unorganized, many mistakes and food was stale or not cooked right. Servings were very small, long lines that moved slowly, average wait time over half an hour. Customer service not very customer friendly, bartender on main floor, not friendly, he preferred washing glasses over serving customer, seemed like we were disturbing him. Pool deck was overcrowded, hottubs overcrowded and dirty dishes left on tables. All was not bad, Leon the activity director was fun and full of energy. Shows were good, room was clean but had limited channels for night time viewing. Would not recommend. Also, paid for bubble package and found it to be inconvenient, had to go to bar to get, whereas draft beer for individuals was easy and accessible.

Cabin Review

Junior Suite

Cabin was clean except for last day, no ice and dirty dishes remained in room until evening.
