This cruise exceeded my expectations. The staff was the most amazing example of customer service. Everything was top notch. One of the best vacations I've ever experienced. From the bartenders, Jose, Handsome, Boom Boom, Anush, to the entertainment, Marianna, Ryan, Eddie, to our waiter Mario & all around bread, water, coffee good guy Tiwari, the staff was very accommodating. Also, every single staff employee I passed or made contact with was very pleasant and sincere. Our cabin was clean & tidy every single day.

The excursions offered a nice range of easy, medium or extreme form of exercise and the maneuvering from ship to excursion very smooth. We had an issue with our cabin fridge & it was replaced that same day. The turn down service was an added touch I didn't know I needed so that was another bonus.

Since this was my first cruise, The Summit really set the bar high.
