We liked the itinerary, Port Canaveral is closer to home, embarkation was good, but this ship was too over-crowded and extremely noisy. Disembarking was an extremely long walk from one end of ship to the other & back again, and down many walkways to finally get to where our luggage was staged. Food was good and plentiful and we had good service most of the time. O’Sheehan’s was our favorite place to eat although we ate in LaCucina, Cagney’s Steakhouse, Savor, Taste, LeBistro, the Manhattan, and the Garden Cafe. We must have had the best cabin steward, Jonathan Babao, a very caring young man who went above and beyond to take care of our cabin and us. The best feature of our mini-suite was the bathroom as the cabin itself was no bigger than a regular balcony cabin. We enjoyed the piano player from Brazil, the magician, and Burn the Floor show. Sixx was not too much to my liking. Our shore excursions to Jamaica and Cozumel was very nice and informative. Did not go ashore to Grand Carmen having been there before so we enjoyed the quieter ship and just relaxed. The pool is too small for the size of this ship. We will cruise with NCL again but not on the Breakaway.

Cabin Review

Mid-Ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Great bathroom but cabin no bigger than regular balcony cabin. Balcony itself was tiny.
