This was our third cruise having sailed on Norwegian and Celebrity previously. We were very pleased with those too but the focus on customer service was excellent on this ship.
Every evening Desti went table to table in MDR to inquire about food and service experience. There was someone in Windjammer who did the same. The food was excellent in both venues. I appreciated the staff in Windjammer bringing beverages and pastries to your table.
We went to Izumi, the sushi restaurant twice. It was excellent. Giovanni’s was also very good.
We had a balcony room which had plenty of room and storage.
For excursions we went on food tours in Puerto Rico, St Thomas and St Martin. I would highly recommend those tours, especially the St Martin one. Labadee was a wonderful experience and amazing beach. FYI beach lounges are free. The vendors for those and selling items were very persistent. We avoided those areas.
Nemo at the excursion desk was very helpful.
We enjoyed the comedian and ice skating show. We walked out of the one with Royal Caribbean dancers.
We went to Champagne bar and Boleros every night and especially enjoyed the music in Boleros.
Cons: I often smelled smoke in non smoking areas. It seems ventilation could be better. Also I needed to walk through the smoking section to get to the fitness center.
We needed to wait for an elevator constantly.
I did not like the soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower but our room steward provided small bottles of shampoo and lotion for us when we asked. The wine list was disappointing. Some of the activities started late, either 10:30 or 11 pm. The sexiest man show poolside seemed inappropriate for children to see.
Embarkation was easy, disembarkation was a pain.
I would take another trip on Royal Caribbean.
Lots of storage
Great beach. Vendors were aggressive.

Van tour of the island and delicious food at local places. One on the beach was special.
