I have to tell you that my mother, myself, and my brother were all VERY disappointed in the cruise. The first night we spent over an hour and a half waiting to play deal or no deal and the game was cancelled. According to the first people we spoke with, we were told that not enough people had signed up. They stated 10-12 people needed to buy into the game so that it could be played. We asked to speak to the supervisor and ended up having to go to guest services to get him called down to speak with us. I showed him the math on my calculator, 6 people had bought 3 packs to play, that is the same as 12 individuals signing up to play. He claimed it was corporate who cancelled the game and that there was nothing he could do. We asked why we weren't offered the option to play the game without a prize, to which he stated he could not do that. He said he would follow up with us later and let us know why it was cancelled when clearly the math proved that the sales were the same. To this day, I have not received a call or email following up on this issue.

The next day we went to the coffee bar and purchased a cookie and drinks. When my mom asked for her cookie on a plate, the server stated "you should have said that when you ordered, I already placed it in a bag." This is just an example of how we were spoken to throughout the cruise by staff. Simple requests were returned with demands by staff that we correct our actions, not vice versa.

Cabin Review

Concierge Class 3

The room was "okay." Again for being in concierge I expected a little bit better of a room.
