Embarkation was slow, slow, slow, as was disembarkation. Disembarking the ship was 30 minutes behind after only 60 minutes. We decided to walk off before our time to make our travel connections and found no line, either getting off the ship or at customs. Music (live or otherwise) and a party atmosphere was no where to be found on deck and in the pool area. On stage cooking competitions, trivia contests and zumba was the norm. I'm 63 years old and I was bored as was our teenage granddaughter. Only after we checked in did we find out all 6:30 dinner requests were bumped to 8:30 so a 2000 person vegan group could dine together. Advanced notice would have been nice due to health concerns. One elderly couple had double booked a shore excursion and management basically told them they were out of luck, no refunds. Buffets and Dinners were not the quality of other ships we've cruised on.

On the positive side, our balcony room was spacious and very nice. Employee's were friendly and very helpful in most areas of the ship. There were a lot of options for clubs etc. Our shore excursions were fun and well organized with the exception of being reprimanded by an employee for showing up 20 minutes early at our rallying point. She even highlighted the time and said to come back then. The theater shows were fun.
