Beautiful decor but bad design. Front of ship is off limits unless you paid extra to be in their elite class. Ship had many passages to nowhere. Our cabin steward was above average which was only good part of cruise. Cabin size was ok but then I had a handicapped room which was probably a little larger. Constant noise in cabin all night long. Food was barely passable--not American fare; everything tasted a little off. Only had karaoke 3 nights and then at times that weren't convenient. Shows had limited talent and not much variety. No quiet areas on ship. No special help to go through buffet when in a wheelchair; in fact some crew members were rude; 3 people watched me struggle but none offered to help the whole week I was there. Some doorways were too small to fit through on my electric scooter, and I tore open my arm on one; no one seemed to care. Guest Services was a waste of time; went there with my arm all bloody and they basically gave me a bandaid and told me to go back to my room. Shore excursions overpriced; much better to do them on your own. Had rude treatment on the private island; the driver of one of the ship's gold cart called me names because I couldn't get out of his way fast enough. The ship was so carbon-neutral that they did not have Do Not Disturb signs nor was there any kleenex type tissue in the cabin.
