Sail Date: May 2010

We have sailed a number of times with Thomsons and always found them of a style that suited us even if the ships were not the best afloat. We booked the Dream hoping for the same service but with a higher quality ship. I read all of the reviews before we went and I assumed Thomson would have put them right.

We joined in Palma with no delays,a slick transfer and onboard the ship within 15 mins of arriving at the ship. as we walked on the ship we were hit by the terrible smell that has already been discussed. However as we got away from the entrance the smell reduced and by the time we got to the cabin no smell at all.

The cabin was very good and without doubt the best in the Thomson fleet. Next problem was our cases took 5 hours to reach us and then only after I went looking for it, another passenger waited 7 hours!

Cabin Review

Good size, clean, bright, plenty storage.A/C not great. Noisy crew door directly below which should have been sorted.
