Sail Date: Feb 2020

We had to wait over an hour in line at the entrance to the parking lot, because of a delayed embarkation. Windjammer food was great, Dining Room food was oversalted and overdone. Singers and dancers were good, but shows relied too much on them for the entertainment. Three shows were comedians and nothing else...two were not long enough to qualify as the show for the evening. Ladies restrooms were often dirty, out of toilet tissue or had one of three stalls closed for "maintenance." Getting us off the ship at 7:15 am for immigration mid-cruise was very inconvenient and time-consuming. Our cabin steward was exceptional in that there had been 80 passengers on the previous cruise who were ill and her kept the cabin and bathroom spotless and sanitized, while being pleasant and always accommodating if we needed anything. The cruise director was new and unfamiliar with the demographics of the passengers. We had plumbing issues in our bathroom on three separate occasions. The ship is tired.

Port Reviews

Charleston

This port is wonderful...a lovely and beautiful historic city. There were maps and information to assist and guide us with our 5 hour walking tour.

Perfect Day at CocoCay

CocoCay is fantastic! There were plenty of lounge chairs and no line when we wanted food.
